Terms of service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from print3dmnl.com (the "site"), run by DCR 3D Ventures, Inc. ("print3D", "we", "us"), Quezon City, Philippines. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price was listed in error, or we suspect fraud. If you've paid, we'll refund you in full.
You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in Philippine pesos (₱) and include any applicable taxes. Shipping is shown at checkout.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers; we don't store your card details.
If a price is clearly wrong because of an error, we'll contact you before shipping, and you can cancel for a full refund.

3. Products

Our products are 3D printed in small batches. Small variations in color, texture and layer lines are part of how they're made, not defects.
Photos show the product as accurately as we can, but colors may look different on your screen.
RetroDispo is an accessory for mirrorless cameras. Please check compatibility with our fit checker before buying. We aren't responsible for damage caused by forcing a lens onto an incompatible mount.

4. Custom prints and commissions

When you ask us to print your own file or make a custom design:

Your files stay yours. You keep ownership of the designs and files you send. We use them only to quote and make your order and won't share them. We'll sign a non-disclosure agreement on request.
You confirm you have the right to use them. You're responsible for making sure your files don't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or design rights.
What we won't print. We can decline any job, including weapons or weapon parts, items that break Philippine law, counterfeit or trademarked items without permission, and content we consider harmful.
Quotes. Instant estimates on the site are approximate. The confirmed quote we send you after reviewing your files is the final price, valid for 14 days.
Deposit. Production starts after you approve the quote and pay a 50% deposit. The balance is due before your order ships or is picked up.
Function and fit. We print your file as supplied. Unless we agreed in writing to engineer or test the part, we aren't responsible for how it performs, fits or holds loads.

5. Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns, refunds and cancellations are covered by our Returns and refunds policy, which includes our cancellation rules. It's part of these terms.

6. Intellectual property

Everything on the site, including our product designs, photos, logos (print3D, RetroDispo) and text, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or sell our designs without written permission.

7. Liability

We're responsible for providing products as described and for your rights under Philippine consumer law, which these terms don't limit.
Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses (such as lost profits), and our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. Privacy

We handle your personal information according to our Privacy policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Quezon City, without affecting your right to file a complaint with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI).
