FAQ
Printing questions
How accurate is the instant estimate?
It's calculated from your model's volume, surface area and overhangs. It isn't a full slice, so we show a range. Most jobs land inside it. We always confirm the final price before printing.
What files can I upload?
STL files get an instant estimate. We also accept 3MF, OBJ, STEP and ZIP files, which our team reviews and quotes by hand.
I don't have a 3D file. Can you help?
Yes. Send photos, sketches or measurements through the form. Our engineers offer CAD modelling and will quote the design work separately.
What's the biggest part you can print?
Up to 320 × 320 × 320 mm in a single piece. Larger parts can be split, printed in sections and joined.
How long does printing take?
Most small jobs are ready in 2–5 business days after you approve the quote. Big batches and large parts take longer, and we'll give you a timeline with your quote.
Will you keep my design confidential?
Yes. Your files are only used for your job, and we're happy to sign an NDA on request.
