FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's your minimum order?

We make everything from a single prototype to runs in the thousands. Tell us your quantity and we'll quote it.

I'm a student. Can you help with my thesis or capstone?

Yes. Book a design consult and bring your design files, sketches or requirements. We'll help you make it printable and plan the build around your deadline, then print it for you.

My design isn't ready for 3D printing yet. Can you help?

That's what our design consultancy is for. We review your design and suggest changes so it prints well and costs less to make.

Can you combine 3D printed parts with other materials?

Yes. We design printed parts to work with metal hardware, inserts, electronics and other materials, so your product can be fully printed or mixed.

Can you make trophies or merch with our logo?

Yes. Send us your logo, artwork or idea and how many you need, and we'll quote it.

What file formats do you accept?

STL, STEP, 3MF and Fusion 360 files are all fine. We can also repair or optimize a mesh if needed.

Do you sign NDAs?

Yes, on request.

Have something you need made?

Send us a file or an idea for a production run, or book a design consult.
